Warranties

While a great detail and attention is given to your home, there may be items that need to be addressed once you move in. Because of this, your home will come with a number of warranties.

First, there is the “Paragon Development 1 Year Warranty” which covers selected items in your home for one year, upon final walk through.

Secondly, there is a manufacture’s warranty which addresses the coverage on all of your appliances.

Lastly, Paragon Development will purchase you an additional 1-year Workmanship, 2- year Systems and 10- Year Structural Warranty, outlined in the 2-10 link below.
